The previous initial versions of the LG G4 had boot loop problems. The problem was confirmed to be caused by faulty soldering on the motherboard. The boot loop issue occurs after heavy usage which leads to overheating of the device. However, since LG admitted to this problem you can repair the device for free at the LG Service Center. I don’t know about other towns but if you are in Nairobi, the Service Center is located along N’gong Road.
